Shipping

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.

Customized products may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times will be provided with the product listing or communicated to the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
 

Shipping Delays

DOT LASERS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Non-Refundable Orders
 

All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable once placed.

Because our products may be specialty items and some orders may be customized, we generally cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order has been submitted.

Please carefully review your order, product specifications, shipping address, and applicable requirements before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact DOT LASERS as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product they purchase can legally be possessed, purchased, shipped, and used in their location. DOT LASERS is not responsible for products seized, delayed, or restricted by customs or local authorities.
